Opus Allegro Watercolour Brush Assorted Set of 5

I have had three sets of these brushes since beginning watercolour six years ago. The first ones are quite worn, but they are useful for mixing pigments and roughing in foliage, grasses, etc. The second set I keep at home and the third (new) set, I keep in my carry-bag for watercolour classes. I have more expensive brushes, but I always reach for the Allegros!

Great brushes and reasonably priced

I am really happy with the brush set. I showed them to an artist friend of mine and she ordered a set for herself.

These brushes are okay for a beginner like me but I will be upgrading when I have more experience. The tip could be more pointed and some of the hairs don't lie straight but stick out.

I bought this for a friend who is just starting out in using watercolor. I'm not sure she's had time to use it yet as she's just finishing a university semester and is very busy. She was thrilled to receive it though
