Subscriptions

Artist Tier Membership Subscriptions

  • When you purchase the Artist Tier Membership, you'll be enrolled in an annual subscription. This means you'll automatically renew your membership at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to all your membership benefits, including cashback, exclusive sales, and event access.
  • Your payment details will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged automatically at renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
  • You can manage your membership subscription at any time via your Opus account Member Portal, where you can view benefits, upgrade/downgrade tiers, or cancel your renewal.

Product Subscriptions

  • For select products, we may offer subscription options for repeat deliveries, such as commonly used art supplies like canvases, paints, or sketchbooks.
  • Subscriptions are based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
  • Payment methods will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.

Pre-Orders and Pre-Buys

What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products ahead of time, ensuring you receive them as soon as they are back in inventory.

What are Pre-Buys?

Pre-buys are exclusive opportunities to purchase a specialty selection of products that we may not normally carry. These items are offered at a special pre-buy price during an ordering period. Once the pre-buy ordering period closes, we place the order with the manufacturer. When the products arrive, we deliver them to the customers who pre-purchased them.

Payment Terms for Pre-Orders/Pre-Buys

  • Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout.
  • For partially paid pre-orders, we’ll store your payment method securely and charge the full or remaining balance when the product is fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders/Pre-Buys

  • You can cancel any pre-order before fulfillment.
  • You can cancel any pre-buy order before the order cut-off period, after which your order is no longer cancellable as we will have placed the order with the manufacturer.
  • In all cases, once the product has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may be able to request a return or refund according to our Returns Policy.

Refunds for Pre-Orders/Pre-Buys

  • If a pre-order or pre-buy cannot be fulfilled (e.g., product availability changes), you’ll be fully refunded.

  • Managing Purchases: All subscription, pre-order, and pre-buy purchases can be managed through your Opus account. For memberships, log into the Member Portal for full control over your subscription.
  • Payment Security: Your payment details are securely stored and handled in compliance with the highest industry standards.
